This session will focus on Freestyle wrestling for our Girls athletes. Girls Only practice will take place on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30PM at RCTC (wrestling room is in the fieldhouse). Head Coach Cody Buchanan will be running the workout with a revolving cast of assistants to help. Practices will begin March 26th. Girls are welcome at our Monday/Thursday workouts as well, but Wednesdays are strictly for Girls athletes.
